Love this mattress! It is heavy! But there are 2 handles each, on each side of the mattress to make for an easy lift with another person! It is true to size in thickness! We had to get deep pocket sheets because our regular ones kept coming off. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little softer than I like. I wish it was a bit more firm. My doctor told me to get rid of my too soft mattress and to get a good support one and this is perfect. Mine is a full size and the mattress is 12” deep. When you open the mattress it slowly starts to hiss as it starts to unfold and when it is fully unwrapped it pops to its full size. It suggest to wait a full 72 hours to sleep on it for it to be at it’s best fullness and I did that. Just what we needed to update our Innomax fluid support bed to an Adjust-a-rest air bed! We LOVE it! It works great for King sleepers who use the middle of the bed unlike the old air number mattresses. (I do strongly recommend purchasers refer to the Innomax set-up instruction video found online because no instructions come with the product. The product does take several hours to set up and you must have a compatible bed, but it apparently fits the standard softside with 4"x6" foam rails.) So convenient to be able to get this delivered to our door in Canada with no unexpected duty/brokerage charges instead of getting it ourselves from Innomax in Denver, Colorado. This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. I appreciate the support on edges because it really is holding well with weight and I don’t just fall when seated on the edge but I still think there are other medium firm mattress around that feels more comfortable.. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity.
