My husband is stoked that I got him this charcoal grillsmoker combo. It took about 2.5 hours to put together (partly my bad, partly the instructions). The instructions were incorrect with the diagram at some points which is why it took longer. I had to go back and take apart and redo some pieces. It looks very nice and we’re so excited!. Karson. It was a bit difficult to assemble but I managed it in around 3 hours. There was a dent in the back of the charcoal side but it shouldn’t affect the function. So far it has been a good grill.
