This life-size cardboard standup is exactly the size and proportion our decorating committee wanted. It is going to be the centerpiece of our upcoming fundraiser "A Day At The Races." Unfortunately I misread the description. I thought this was going to be 2-sided, but it's not, it's only 1-sided. So we purchased a 2nd one and will put them back-to-back. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size.
