I love the design and room of this new fridge. However the ice dispenser is NOT good. Does not dispense ice consistently. I have to reach up from outside and release ice. This ice dispenser design is NOT user friendly.. Bodkin. Tue Aug 18 2026

I really like this fridge. It has the fridge on one side freezer on the other ample storage. The water dispenser has a light on it. You can have crushed or cubed ice. The only thing I had an issue with was delivery I paid for delivery and installation of my new product and removal of the old when the delivery guy came. He did not install or removed and so after talking with Wayfair for over an hour, they told me they would give me a refund which I have not seen as of yet so will be reaching out again.. Shantela. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. I went from a side by side to the French door and it is so much easier to find what we are looking for and organization is a breeze with all the door shelves.. Diane. Davie, FL. Mon Sep 06 2021
