I had a couple of concerns that warranted taking off a star 1) The drywall anchors were super flimsy. I switched to my own spare ones after I had experienced a couple of them bending out of shape at the head when they were almost completely into the wall. 2) The shiny brass coating was already scratched off at certain points right upon opening. The flaws were subtle enough that I didn’t bother trying to cover them up but they are noticeable when you’re looking at them at eye level. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed.
