We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. We chose this vent hood because we needed one that was ductless . This one was convertible which was a nice option. As far as delivery it comes very well covered in a protective barrier so that you don’t scratch it up during installation. It is very heavy so keep that in mind for install. A nice bonus that is comes with, you get a pack of towels, pot holders , and oven mitts which I thought was a really nice set of thoughtful extras that wasn’t even advertised. The hood showed up in flawless condition. Thick foam comparments and stainless covers well protected. Install is time consuming, instructions are clear.
