The bed came with a cutter for the plastic that was pretty cool. It expanded fairly quickly but it takes at least 48 hours before you can use it. As shown this was after 72 hours and it expanded very nicely except for one corner as you can see it did not fill its almost as if there is no fabric behind that area. I am happy with the bed. I am now just getting use to it for it sat unopened for way too long while I waited for my new contractor to finish painting in the room. I do like it except for one thing: I have stubbed my toe three times getting into the bed on the middle post for sturdyness. I remedied this and put plastic air puffs on the post. It is lighter than what I anticipated. Product was installed with ease from my son. It was clearly numbered. Every sheet cleaning, I have to move the matress back to center for it moves!
