I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This is an absolutely incredible budget espresso machine that is astonishingly well priced. The espresso comes out great. I use a setting of 10 microns on my burr grinder with the dual filter and it works nicely. The machine didn’t like when I set it to 5 microns or less. Comes with a lovely portafilter. Good quality. Good customer sevice. The first shipment had a crack in one of the pieces. I notified Wayfair and had a replacement piece within the week. Very easy assembly, but I cant see how you would do it without 2 people. I tried it for the first time last night and I love it. It heated up to 100 degrees very fast. Maybe 10 minutes?. (I didnt want to go full heat right out of the gate). The space is a little tight for a tall person. If you are over 5' 9", you wont be able to stand in it, but you can duck in. You will need to buy a separate sauna backrest if you want to lean back. I was able to lean back facing forward with the backrest. I could sit sideways as well, but with only one leg on the bench. It was comfortable enough. It would have been nice to have both legs up, but I didnt have the space for a bigger sauna. Maybe if you are of smaller stature you could, but it would never be stretched out. I love the wifi feature. I can be sitting on the couch on the first floor, and turn it on from there so it's hot when I get upstairs. I will use it for a few weeks and try to remember to come back and give more info.. This chair is amazingly well built, reasonably easy to put together, but your patient must be able to stand in order to make it work. Ultimately, I could not use it for my elderly mother, who had a stroke on the left side because that side was too weak to use her left leg to stand. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone who has a patient that can stand and support their weight on both legs as even two caretakers cannot make the chair work for a patient who is partially paralyzed.. Were very happy with this medicine cabinet, especially for the amount of storage it adds. It has significantly reduced bathroom countertop clutter while maintaining a modern look. Installation was fairly straightforward if youre familiar with French cleat mounting, but the instructions were vague and the diagrams lacked detail. We also had one of the included drywall anchors break during installation and needed to replace it. The storage features are excellent. The included toothbrush holder and organization cups are well designed, and the adjustable shelves provide plenty of space for toiletries, skincare products, and other essentials. The LED lighting is bright without being harsh and provides even illumination. The defogger works well, although it seems most effective in the center of the mirror. One thing to note is that the power cord is quite short, so you may need an extension cord depending on your outlet location. My only real complaint is that the surface-mounted design sticks out from the wall more than Id prefer. I actually bought the under desk peddle machine for my wife for her legs and lower body. I tried it, and wow, after at least a few minutes, my lower body felt great.
