Product unboxed with a dent in the front right middle of door. It's a superficial dent, only on the outside, so it will not affect how the product works. It's frustrating, but I am ok with it. I am sure this thing will get plenty knocked around in the coming years from normal wear and tear. Assembly was a chore, and absolutely takes two people. You CANNOT assemble this by yourself, it is far too heavy. Very well built and sturdy product, besides the handles which appear to be a type of plastic. Works well, but there is a learning curve. Very well built, easy to put together. Don’t know about the burnt grease taste that everyone raves about. I use a water pan under my meat to prevent grease from falling into the coals or onto the diffuser. Came out great.
