I have only had the Sauna for 1 day, but so far so GOOD! All of the reviews (and the instructions) said set up was a 2 person job... definitely would have been easier with another set of hands but I carried everything down to a basement and assembled solo in less than 2 hrs. There are literally 7-10 pieces total. The electronics connections were super simple, great design. Got to 142 on first use. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. The set is beautiful and the butterfly leaf is so conveniently self storing. It is perfect! The delivery was great. The two men that came, set it up, showed us how to operate the butterfly leaf and were very professional and careful with handling each item. I would recommend using Wayfair and buying this set!.
