Exactly what I wanted. Excellent packaging. It was wrapped around a hard tube, wrapped in easily removable plastic, and the ends were packaged with cardboard. The color is purple with lavender and green. I have a gripper pad underneath. It’s easy to vacuum with the roller beaters on as well. It’s not soft if you walk barefoot but I wasn’t going for soft. The first large area rug I’ve purchased that didn’t need a long time to settle. Just the very end needs a few more days. The pictures were taken immediately after I put it down. This took about an hour and 30 minutes to put together. I’d recommend having a second person hold it while you put it together. The door is semi heave when it’s open which can cause it to fall on you while you are putting it together. Definitely recommend anchoring it to the wall as well. It came a little damaged but it was just cosmetic. Once it was put together the door wouldn’t close. I had to mess with the hinges a bit with a screw driver to get it to fix. When I learned that Rifle paper company did collaboration – I knew I was on board! The rug came rolled up very nicely in a thick plastic covering. You should be aware that it is ia floor covering, not plush, but perfect for a little softness. If you want it to be a little more cushioning under your feet, I would recommend buying a rug pad. The design is gorgeous. The colors are subtle but saturated. These muted tones will go nicely with the bed, dresser, and nightstands that are coming in the next few weeks. Although it was packaged well, it somehow came with a small dent in the side (see picture). While this does not affect the cabinet’s purpose in any way, it was a gift for my husband and it just found this disappointing. Other than that, it is very nice overall. Not oversized and comes completely assembled. The inside is done very nicely with an eye towards maximizing the space for rifles, pistols, magazines and ammo. Both keys and code unlock it with ease. Small but adequate for a couple of handguns and rifles. It can be bolted either through the bottom or through the back for security.
