This is the third black pyramid 60 inch rectangular wall mount bathroom sink that I’ve had and had to return the other two they were scratched and one was broken in pieces that I have to do a five star reading. They’re beautiful sinks and wafer. It was very quick to respond to give me another one, and and replace them as soon as I contacted them. It was a great experience, but unfortunately, you know two of them were broken. There was nothing that anybody could do about that. All in all they are really good and standby. FIVE Stars! First off, Wayfair AND KOHLER have the most phenomenal customer service and I write that because we had trouble with our first plumber saying products were defective and they were not it was the plumbers inadequacy. Kohler makes the best products and I chose to have every toilet and faucet and drain by Kohler. This being said, I love the luxurious Kohler faucets for my double sink. I didn’t get a Kohler sink, so note if and when you indulge in these faucets, if your sink is like mine, you will need a universal drain since the sink is a “concealed drain” (which a drain is included, just not universal) which I was told my Kohler means it will not be able to flood over. Anyway, these faucets are an absolute splurge for us, but for our primary shower that we hope to use for the next 15-20 years living here, we (being me, I) felt it was worth it. Thank you Wayfair. Works well, but is definitely not white white. Everything in the bathroom is white or gray, and this definitely looks a yellow compared to the other items. Not loving the sink after using it for a few weeks, have to use hands to make sure everything drains out as the sink itself is pretty flat (even though it is slightly tilted to prevent this). This piece is elegant and high class in construction and eye appeal but It taught me a lesson... NEVER ever ever buy another anything with a square or rectangular sink, they instantly get dirty and are impossiblly hard to clean, so if you buy this I hope you have a maid and you hate her/him lol, other than that it is really well made and the lighting is pretty epic, no switch because you turn it on and off by putting your hand over the sensor, which no one mentions and drove me nuts till I magically discovered it, I put this thing in myself and am really super handy at stuff like that but it was very taxing and difficult. I suggest hiring someone if you can afford it or are not allergic to it like I am. but other than always having a dirty sink I love this thing, the finish is like a lamborgini, the doors open and close smoother than a hedge fund salespitch and i've had it for over a year and no problems. I did screw up on the plumbing and it is so difficult to get to the pipes through this thing though I had to open a hole in the wall behind it and come in the other side though. I also wish they told yuou how to release the sliding shelves for temporary removal , I know there is a way because I did it once but I can't figure it out again despite HOURs of trying lol..
