This item is beautiful, functions great, I love that the tub spout can be moved out of the way, it's a high quality item that my contractor suggested I buy because it's all metal parts (not plastic parts that will break). Well worth the cost, I think it was reasonably priced anyway. Very well made. It looks beautiful in the bathroom. I was nervous that it wasn't a name-brand but it has worked very well. The rain shower-head is large and I like that it can pivot. The regular shower head works well and has various settings. I was also concerned that I would only be able to choose the water temperature but not the volume of water--no problem, the control allows for both volume and temp. I've been using it for about three weeks. All good. Update, within a few months, the shower head button wouldn't work. My clients are in love with the casainc shower system. We had some challenges with the way they were packed and had to receive several replacements. The foam between the shower head and the valve is insufficient. The weight of the valve crushed the foam, resulting in the shower head getting scratched .
