The system is beautiful. Very stylish and sleek. Somehow I missed when ordering that it's a push-button system, which is really cool! Super easy to turn on and off and switch between the three different functions. It is called out, but just to confirm: you can use multiple features of the system at the same time. Some systems only allow 1 at a time. This one allows you to choose any 2 or 3 at once. The one thing I'm noticing after a month of use is that a couple of the parts seem to be losing their finish. UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes.
