UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. I was nervous that it wasn't a name-brand but it has worked very well. The rain shower-head is large and I like that it can pivot. The regular shower head works well and has various settings. I was also concerned that I would only be able to choose the water temperature but not the volume of water--no problem, the control allows for both volume and temp. I've been using it for about three weeks. All good. Update, within a few months, the shower head button wouldn't work. At first, I was not sure about how a black faucet was going to look. However, after the installation I am so happy. I truly love my new kitchen faucet. It was easier to install than it was to remove my old faucet. The double handles are marked hot and cold with a red or blue dot, respectively. They feel durable even though they are lightweight and very easy to turn. The faucet can rotate 360 degrees and is arched high enough to wash large pots underneath it. The side sprayer has very good water pressure and excellent recoil. No more fishing the spray hose back into the hole. The sprayer cannot be used simultaneously with the faucet running. I am just so impressed by how much nicer my sink looks with my new CASAINC kitchen faucet. It really dressed up my kitchen.
