UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. I absolutely love this new home addition. I won’t credit myself as being a handy person but surprisingly was also able to install it myself. It was super easy to install. I took off one star only because I wish the pressure spray button would lock in place but it has to be held down manually. I was nervous that it wasn't a name-brand but it has worked very well. The rain shower-head is large and I like that it can pivot. The regular shower head works well and has various settings. I was also concerned that I would only be able to choose the water temperature but not the volume of water--no problem, the control allows for both volume and temp. I've been using it for about three weeks. All good. Update, within a few months, the shower head button wouldn't work. This item is beautiful, functions great, I love that the tub spout can be moved out of the way, it's a high quality item that my contractor suggested I buy because it's all metal parts (not plastic parts that will break). When my husband installed it, as the picture shows, the big rounded head had such a weak flow that it hardly can call a rainfall. Nice black and matte finish which elevated the bathroom look. Love the magnetic handset, and the little rubber thingies on it too. The rounded shower head has those rubber nozzles too. The shower hose is a bit shorter than what we had but that’s secondary. so glad we took a chance on this! installed ourselves, and I was very nervous that another review mentioned a concern on the valve. Luckily we didn't see that on ours, and I did have a light panic that the nozzles weren't putting out water for the overhead as well as I thought it could- it was streaming crookedly, but if you just graze your hands or fingertips on the rubbery bits it like frees or loosens it up and then it streams out water much better / straight line.
