These were a bit cheaper than I thought they'd be. They looked very similar to the ones that came with my dining set purchased about 14 years ago. That came with a bench that was on its last "legs" and we wanted to replace with chairs. These are definitely similar, but they wobble a bit (not due to my building capabilities). I looked closer at all the pieces and found that they are manufactured poorly. There are gaps that prevent a level chair, so I'm guessing every single customer has a wobbly chair and, like me, is just going to live with it.
