This is a well made product. The frame is sturdy and thick. It looks exactly as if does on the website. It was packaged extremely well and shipped to me quickly. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
