We chose a rectangular stainless steel undermount sink for our new outdoor kitchen space and I already love the direction it’s going. The sharp, clean lines give it a really modern look and it feels like it’s going to elevate the entire setup. The size is exactly what I was looking for and should provide plenty of usable space for prepping and cleaning outdoors. The front offset drain was a big selling point since it keeps it out of the main working area and makes the basin feel more open and functional. I also love that it includes a drain basket, such a simple but thoughtful detail. We did hit a minor setback with our timeline so it’s still in the box and not installed yet, but I’ll be sharing updated photos as soon as it’s in place. Looks great. The strip that keeps water from flowing out the bottom of the door isn’t adhesive enough so I’m going to have to glue it down with something stronger. Until I do that, I just keep the door slightly ajar about a 5 degree angle while in the shower (my door opens into the shower) and the water rolls down the door and into the drain. That’s why I’m so glad the hinges were reversible and I could set the door to open into the shower, a big deal because I didn’t have space to open the shower into the room. Also the shower came with more than enough of that strip that goes at the bottom in case I should have to cut another piece I’ll have enough. No other water issues Another reviewer mentioned that it should’ve came with two of those L shaped wall brackets, I agree that would make it more sturdy. It seemed wobbly when it was first assembled but once the silicon was dry it’s pretty solid, you have to be very careful those first few days until it dries though. The glass is beautiful the hinges are not too shiny and look sturdy. I squeegee the glass almost daily because it’s fun but even when I don’t, there aren’t any spots.
