[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought a house with all hardwood or tile floors and with two cats it was impossible to keep the floors clean. We use other Bissell products so we knew we could count on this to work and man did it deliver! Not only does it make cleaning insanely easy, but it does a fantastic job and it is the only solution we found that also get all the way up to the walls (it's also very gentle and doesn't hurt paint or finish). 5/5 isn't even good enough.
