I am very impressed with this product. It has a high quality appearance and it is well made. My plumber even commented on the level of quality. I recently added an extension arm on to the shower head to bring it out from the wall. I am only 5'2" tall and with the extension, I have less water running down the shower wall that the head is installed on. I did have some difficulty figuring out how to get the water hot enough. My plumber tried to make the adjustment twice and ended up removing the scald guard mechanism. Now it is perfect. No kids in the house, so it isn't a safety concern.. Psychetri. Cheyenne, Wy, USA. The kit seems to be made well, of thick brass. The finished parts in polished chrome seems to be of very good quality too. When I ordered it, I was concerned about the durability of the tip-toe part, but this part is packaged separately, so in case it fails, it seems like it's possible to buy it separately, and there is no need to replace the whole kit. I haven't installed the kit yet, but overall it seems like a good purchase. The only criticism I have is that it wasn't packaged that well by the manufacturer.
