Since the bathroom is on the 2nd floor, my contractor said we would need to bring the ceramic tub in through the window...in January...using a forklift! Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
