Very excited to try this! I have a large camping stove that I like but it’s big and clunky. This is much more compact — it folds up so nicely. It’s still too cold in Chicago to go camping, so I haven’t been able to try it yet, but I put it together and it’s great. This fryer is bigger than I thought I love the extended prep area on the side and the handle on the opposite side to move it. The containers for the fryer are big and it comes with two big burners, also it has the baskets or strainers with their clips to let the oils drip out of the food and an included thermometer to make sure your oil is at the right temperature.
