Delivery was free and was excellent. However when I spend $3K+ on a desk I expect it to arrive with all the screws tightened and the charger not working or even installed because they didn’t drill a big enough opening. I had to find a screw (under a drawer) for a handle and then had to cut the hole bigger for the wireless charger to install it Only to find out the charger doesn’t work due to the thickness of the top.
