Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. Love the look of this toilet. Size is perfect for my space. The biggest downside is that it took my contractor 4 attempts to set it right so that it would not leak.
