The recliner is activated by merely pushing on the arms of the reclining chair and it will simultaneously activate both the footrest and chair-back into a tv or reading position. Further pressure applied to the arms will move the chair into a fully reclined position.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
