The quality of this item was excellent but unfortunately I didn’t get the unlaquered brass like I ordered which was a huge bummer after waiting since August. Despite it not being correct, the quality of the one I received was excellent. Sadly I just couldn’t wait any longer for a replacement after waiting 5 months to receive the wrong product. I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing.
