It is darker than anticipated from what I saw in the picture but I'm hoping when my love seat comes in from said furniture store it matches. The price was a little more than what I was paying at a local store but they had it months before the other store could which now a days is a plus, it's hard to find furniture in stock, especially made in the USA. The chair is attractive, not too big but big enough for me and I'm 5'9". The material in the seat of the chair is a little loose after a couple of weeks.
