I was with them for DAYS! Morning and night! To make sure this thing gets to me by Dec 29 as earlier promised by an agent. They kept on saying to wait for an email confirming delivery. I went through the same circle over and over again. Talked to six different agents. Still nothing! I decided to call on the phone ... and that's how it got sorted out. Somehow. Delivery wasn't Dec 29 as promised. So, my advise, don't waste your time on the chat. Call on the phone. UPDATE 1: We opened the package and the sink is broken into two!
