First order was sent to me wrong color and wrong pattern but wayfair got in touch with the manufacturer and the right order was quickly shipped out. I’m very happy with it. The white color is true white. It’s straight not warped, easy to install. If you have the grid system you just pop it in, if not I use glue for my laundry room ceiling because it’s easily removed in case I have another leak. These acoustic ceiling tiles are great! We got the textured white option and thy fit right in with the other tiles in our basement ceiling, as can be seen in the photo. They match the look of traditional officeschoolbasement ceiling tiles and are extremely easy to install as they are thinner.
