I ordered this beautiful door, I received a door within a week, unfortunately it was the wrong door, sent it back with ease from Wayfair and re ordered the door, wrong door again, Wayfair graciously picked up the wrong door, I ordered the door from another company to see if i had the same experience , again the wrong door, I believe the company that Wayfair buys it from is confused. Needless to say I had to switch doors, ordered from another company and still have not received my door after 2 months, what is with barn doors? These doors are absolutely gorgeous! I love them and they look beautiful in my basement. They do need to be put together and then installed. I was initially afraid that there might be a problem with this item but Im so happy to make this purchase!!! Everything from delivery, packaging and installation went 95 perfect! Biggest challenge was the pre-drilled holes on the track didnt come close to matching the 16 OC studs in my wall! Heavy duty anchors were the solution and it now works like a dream! Much better than expected. This turned out great! Assembly was easy. Definitely have a cordless with screwdriver and nut driver bits to make life easier. Got these for a house renovation. We haven’t had a chance to hang them. The color is carbon grey. Revised: Hung them and they are light weight and beautiful. The handles I had to buy.
