I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. The instructions were easy to follow. It is roomy and a good size. I like how soft the material is. It reclines pretty much straight. The only thing I don’t like is, you can’t have the back in an upward straight position (like sitting up watching tv) with the bottom reclined). When the bottom is reclined, the chair does not sit straight up. I would like to have the foot rest reclined while sitting and watching tv. This was easy to put together only 4 pieces (back, bottom and 2 arm toppers) and 4 bolts. It’s 95lbs so a little heavy in the box but easy to move when together. Handle is solid and smooth to recline. My 6’4” boyfriend is comfortable in it but it’s not his main recliner. We purchased as an extra chair to accent our recliner love seat.
