I bought 2 for the kitchen island. They look less elegant than the photo and the swivel isn’t smooth or easy but overall they are ok and seem sturdy. Putting them together was ridiculously hard because the screws that connect the seat to the bottom don’t easily turn, and as others have mentioned, you have to put in the seat before the back so that it fits properly. After all these years and reviews, it’s kind of unbelievable that they haven’t updated the instructions.. Jill. New York, NY. Sat Jun 01 2024

I was a little nervous since the box was shipped to my primary home, but I needed it for our beach house, so I was hoping that when I opened the box at my destination that there were no issues. Everything arrived packed well, all parts intact and instructions easy to follow. This is a beautiful, high quality, well made bedframe for the price. It was also very easy to assemble. The other thing I like about it, is that my mattress stays intact inside it (i.e. doesn't slide around like it did on the cheaper metal bedframe I had before).. Leslie. Herndon, VA. Mon Jun 29 2026

The recliner came in two boxes and was well packed. It was easy to assemble and use. The heat and massage are great features. The heat is like a warm heat and is not hot. It is perfect. The instructions were easy to follow. It is roomy and a good size. I like how soft the material is. It reclines pretty much straight. The only thing I don’t like is, you can’t have the back in an upward straight position (like sitting up watching tv) with the bottom reclined). When the bottom is reclined, the chair does not sit straight up. I would like to have the foot rest reclined while sitting and watching tv. It is a pretty good full sized recliner for the average person.. Melissa. Edenton, NC. Thu Sep 04 2025
