It was very easy to assemble (Not even sure you can call it assembly just attaching the base to the chair), and it swivels freely without any issues. It is darker than expected. It definitely needs broken in and it is bulky. They came in and helped build it. It was quick and nice they took all the trash. This chair feels substantial. Assembly was very easy and we encountered no issues. The material is a faux leather that feels nice to touch. The heating element warms quickly. You can control the massage functions with the attached remote. It is not as intense as an actual massage chair but it does feel good. I took a half star off for the color. It says cream but this is actually a really yellow cream, almost like butter. I took another half star off for the pull lever on the seat that you have to use to extend the leg support.
