The freezer drain line became clogged where it sits in the drain pan and had to remove the back panel to access it and flush/wash it out. I put it back on and restarted the appliance. I was genuinely impressed with the quality and appearance of the Proline 36" range hood. The stainless steel finish is beautiful, it feels very well built, and it gives the kitchen a high-end, professional look. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I had to return it because of my home's ventilation limitations—not because of the hood itself. This hood really performs best with an **8- to 10-inch duct**, whereas my kitchen only has a **6-inch duct** and significant space constraints that made modifying the ductwork impractical. If you have the proper duct size and adequate installation space, I would absolutely recommend this hood. It's an excellent product. I searched forever for an affordable 6 burner gas stove top. Here it is. Upon first installation we had a few issues. 1st was the smell of gas. Had it checked and there was no leak it is the just the smell of the materials used to make it. It was very strong at first. Next issue was that the burners all were set at max power. We had to contact customer service to get a special tool to adjust the burner flames. So everything was burning even on its lowest setting which is another thing Im not crazy about. WE have not had it for long, but love the hot water and Keurig feature. Leaves countertops empty of a coffee maker. Great for single brew cups and hot tea. Also great when baking as you can measure the water out if called for in recipes. Love the compartments in frig. And space in the freezer.
