Great customer service. One of the mirrors had a crack and Wayfair quickly resolved. The pivot door instructions aren’t flawless but they’re good enough. The pivot doors swing perfectly. Beautiful recliner. I love the look and the glow from the nightlight underneath is perfect for middle of the night feedings. The power recline is great. It is not the more ergonomic especially is you are on the more petite side, it’s hard for me to be all the way with my back against the back and to be able to use my feet to rock as I am lifted too high. I liked the chair very much. It’s nice looking and very comfortable. I only have one problem with it, it’s very hard to put down the leg rest. I’m 75 years old and once I put the leg rest up I couldn’t get it back down. My son had to come over and put it down.
