They do take a minute to assemble, and the instructions aren't great (had to redo a few bolts to get everything to line up properly, tip--get every bolt in before you tighten any of them, even a little bit), but the quality feels really nice. Also, if it matters to you, the swivel is not a "return" swivel. So if you're sitting in it, you can turn around, but they don't automatically return to the original position, which means I still have to go around and straighten them. I bought it for an upstairs laundry closet area where a normal size stacked washer and dryer just would not fit in my home. We are running the water lines next week and I honestly cant wait to get it installed up there, but for now the photos show it in my basement so I could try it out because I couldn’t wait. It’s compact, so I wouldn’t expect it to replace a full-size washer for giant loads, but that’s not really the point. For towels, clothes, smaller bedding, and regular day-to-day laundry, it seems like a really nice option. I like that it still has a lot of useful features like the AI Smart Dial, steam settings, and a quick cycle that works great when you just want to wash a smaller load without waiting forever. It also looks really sleek, and the size is a big part of why I chose it. It will fit perfectly in a smaller closet area where having laundry upstairs is actually possible, which makes it feel like such a practical upgrade for everyday use. It feels like a very smart solution for smaller in-between loads and added convenience. Another nice feature is that it’s WiFi connected. I wouldn’t say that’s something I really need, but it has actually been super nice to have. Getting it connected was a little finicky and took a couple tries, and that would be my only tiny nitpick because otherwise this machine is 5 stars all the way. Once it was connected, everything worked great. If you’re like me and throw in a load of laundry and then completely forget about it for a day or two, the phone notifications are a lifesaver and can save you from having to wash the same load all over again like I usually do Overall, I think this is a great option for someone who wants the convenience of a washer in a smaller space or on an upper floor. For me, it’s already been a big quality of life upgrade, and once it’s fully installed upstairs I know it’s going to make staying on top of laundry so much easier. Overall, the GE Model # GTW525ACW0WB washing machine is decent. To be honest I went to purchase the Maytag Commercial MVWP586GW however was out of stock and had a smaller load capacity at 3.8. Came across this GE Model and has slightly larger tub at 4.3 cu. ft. and has "some" commercial components although not sure what that really means. Motor has a 10 yr warranty. This machine allows for manual selection of the water level and an agitator which was a requirement. When leveled properly there is no vibration although the machine seems very loud however am able to shut the laundry room door. The machine does come with hoses which is a good thing if you need them. I would have preferred more of a commercial machine however this seems to get the clothes clean.. Nickname Required100. We've had this for about a year now and I have no complaints. If I could do it again, I would just get the basic version without the ledge for the accessories. We almost never use these accessories and the ledge is just something else to be cleaned. It's awkward to use the cutting board because the sink is undermounted to 2cm stone. The knife handle hits the stone when trying to cut on the cutting board. The drying rack could be nice, but it's not big enough for us and we have a dedicated drying rack.. Anonymous. So far, the fridge has kept up and everything is staying cold. It does run somewhat continuously. But I do not care as long as my food does not spoil. The only knock I have is the slow ice production. It takes forever to make a few cubes. This was just installed last week and although we've only used it a short time all seems to be working well. Someone else mentioned they found the controls a little finicky and I would agree, you have to touch them just right. I was very unhappy about about the glide out rack as I was told it was full extension and it actually is only about a 3/4 extension. It also didn't come with a broiler pan.
