We had our LG refrigerator/freezer for five years now and it has performed well. The only issue that I had was very recent. The freezer drain line became clogged where it sits in the drain pan and had to remove the back panel to access it and flush/wash it out. I put it back on and restarted the appliance. WE have not had it for long, but love the hot water and Keurig feature. Leaves countertops empty of a coffee maker. Great for single brew cups and hot tea. Also great when baking as you can measure the water out if called for in recipes. Love the compartments in frig. And space in the freezer.
