The frame issue was probably just me misunderstanding the description of the included parts and my misconception that it would be included. Update to my review. Less than a year later and one spinner won’t spin in the wind at all now though it turns by hand. The other is only spinning on the top. Has anyone figured out how to fix it Took it apart, oiled screws and put back together and still isn’t working the same. While there was an issue with the product, Wayfair and the manufacturer took the time and effort to resolve the problem with the bar stools. I am happy to say that because of their effort to help, I can overlook the cosmetic issue. Would I purchase these stools again?... Yes, I would. They are beautiful.
