I'm giving 5 stars for Wayfair's customer service when things weren't right. the thought of sending this back made me frustrated knowing it would be a pain. So we set out to do our best. This product had issues from the beginning. Missing several holes for assembly. Luckily my hubby is handy and was able to drill the holes and we used other screws to assemply. It required lots of patience and muscle to put it together because things didn't line up exactly in several areas. Now that it is together it is very nice and strong. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service- used the chat explained my experience and they fairly compensated me whicih is what I was hoping for. All of our patio chair covers are made of premium oxford cloth with PU coating which makes them super heavy-duty and super waterproof.

So far I am happy with these black swivel chair covers. They have been useful for keeping the pollen off my furniture, as it is that time of year! They arrived at the end of a rainy day so I haven't really put the waterproofing to the test but they seem like good quality. I like that they have the cinching on the bottom (in the back) to keep them in place when it is windy.
