Putting them together was ridiculously hard because the screws that connect the seat to the bottom don’t easily turn, and as others have mentioned, you have to put in the seat before the back so that it fits properly. This chair feels substantial. Assembly was very easy and we encountered no issues. The material is a faux leather that feels nice to touch. The heating element warms quickly. You can control the massage functions with the attached remote. It is not as intense as an actual massage chair but it does feel good. I took a half star off for the color. It says cream but this is actually a really yellow cream, almost like butter. I took another half star off for the pull lever on the seat that you have to use to extend the leg support. So far so good. Assembly and setup was very easy. Took 30 minutes but, I took a lot of breaks. Could have been 15 if I charged right at it. The chair is pretty comfortable and the material feels very soft and inviting. The color I ordered was Pewter and it's the same as the website shows. The heat and massage are just OK. Heat is weak and massage is so-so. Plus the massage zones don't really match up to my body very well. Maybe I'm built wrong.
