I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. So far so good. Assembly and setup was very easy. Took 30 minutes but, I took a lot of breaks. Could have been 15 if I charged right at it. The chair is pretty comfortable and the material feels very soft and inviting. The color I ordered was Pewter and it's the same as the website shows. The heat and massage are just OK. Heat is weak and massage is so-so. Plus the massage zones don't really match up to my body very well. Maybe I'm built wrong.
