So far so good. Assembly and setup was very easy. Took 30 minutes but, I took a lot of breaks. Could have been 15 if I charged right at it. The chair is pretty comfortable and the material feels very soft and inviting. The color I ordered was Pewter and it's the same as the website shows. The heat and massage are just OK. Heat is weak and massage is so-so. Plus the massage zones don't really match up to my body very well. Maybe I'm built wrong. There are two pockets and cup holders at the side, for your convenience to store remote controls or magazines, and have a drink at hand. If you drop water on it, it is easy to wipe with a clean dry, or damp cloth.
