I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. I’m a 71 year old senior so I really appreciate the fact that Wayfair made sure my chair was properly installed and safe.
