This chair feels substantial. Assembly was very easy and we encountered no issues. The material is a faux leather that feels nice to touch. The heating element warms quickly. You can control the massage functions with the attached remote. It is not as intense as an actual massage chair but it does feel good. I took a half star off for the color. It says cream but this is actually a really yellow cream, almost like butter. I took another half star off for the pull lever on the seat that you have to use to extend the leg support. This chair is absolutely stunning! The picture doesn't do it any justice. It is extremely comfortable and the material is just what I had hoped for. I was unsure of the texture, with it stating it was "polished microfiber" but it actually looks like leather but is soft like the microfiber material. It feels great to sit in and the swivel is an extra added bonus. It was extremely easy to put together with absolutely no tools needed. I did it all by myself. It took maybe 20 minutes to complete. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I ordered two sofas to complete the overall look.
