This chair is absolutely stunning! The picture doesn't do it any justice. It is extremely comfortable and the material is just what I had hoped for. I was unsure of the texture, with it stating it was "polished microfiber" but it actually looks like leather but is soft like the microfiber material. This chair feels substantial. Assembly was very easy and we encountered no issues. The material is a faux leather that feels nice to touch. The heating element warms quickly. You can control the massage functions with the attached remote. It is not as intense as an actual massage chair but it does feel good. I took a half star off for the color. It says cream but this is actually a really yellow cream, almost like butter. I took another half star off for the pull lever on the seat that you have to use to extend the leg support. SUPER easy and quick to put together and very comfortable BUT I see a lot of pink in the color. Wanted to return it - hubby said no way - it's his so I have to keep it. Thankfully it is downstairs in the MAN CAVE so I don't have to look at it very often (Except for when the Bears are playing because hubby also bought a 98" TV to go down in his cave - go figure!)
