Sealing strips effectively prevent dust and rain from entering the garage, keeping it clean and dry. They also deter small animals like mice and insects from entering the garage, preventing them from nesting and causing other damage. Sealing strips also reduce noise when the garage door closes, minimizing disruption to the surrounding environment, especially at night or early in the morning. A good seal reduces wear and corrosion, thereby extending the life of the garage door.

Create a seal between your garage door and flooring, and prevent the elements from getting into your workspace, with the 20 ft. Garage Door Threshold. Precision-fit to NewAge Stone Composite Flooring profile and thickness, the 20 ft. Garage Door Threshold is constructed from durable EPDM Rubber for exceptional weather and chemical resistance, with the flexibility to retain its shape under the weight of the heaviest vehicles. The 20 ft. length covers single and double car garages, can be easily cut to length, and is quickly installed using silicone adhesive to adhere to the garage floor, creating a seamless, tight edge.

I’m hanging an antique door on my closet and this looks like it will be less bulky than the other farm barn door hangers. I will share pictures when installed.. Ana. Signal Hill, CA. Mon Jun 29 2026

This works really well to connect two barn door rails together to make one long rail such that two (or more) doors will be able to slide along the rail all the way to the left and all the way to the right. The connector is flat and smooth and does not obstruct or block the door wheels when sliding (in other words does not prevent doors from sliding past it). I used it to put two five foot barn door rails together to make one long 10 foot rail so my two 30" doors (60" or 5 foot total) could slide all the way to the left on the rail when doors are open, and all the way to the right on the rail to close both doors together for my 5 foot door opening.. If you can't fit a track on the wall to fully open a barn door? Or being intimidated by the difficulties of installing a bypass hardware set? Or want the simplicity of a regular sliding rail instead of stacked tracks? Lubann introduces bi-folding barn door sliding hardware, which allows barn door slabs to fold on a rail instead of sliding to the side. It only needs about a 6-8” wall next to an opening where a barn door will be installed. Bi-folding barn door sliding hardware incorporates innovative designs in the barn door rollers and the floor guide, therefore the installation is still as simple as the installation of a traditional barn door hardware set. Lubann bi-folding barn door sliding hardware has several options of different track lengths for two-door sets and four-door sets. LUBANN helps you install the barn doors where you want.
