So far so good. Assembly and setup was very easy. Took 30 minutes but, I took a lot of breaks. Could have been 15 if I charged right at it. The chair is pretty comfortable and the material feels very soft and inviting. The color I ordered was Pewter and it's the same as the website shows. The heat and massage are just OK. Heat is weak and massage is so-so. Plus the massage zones don't really match up to my body very well. Maybe I'm built wrong. I liked the chair very much. It’s nice looking and very comfortable. I only have one problem with it, it’s very hard to put down the leg rest. I’m 75 years old and once I put the leg rest up I couldn’t get it back down. My son had to come over and put it down.
