Delivery was timely, product was exceptionally packed, delivery person was helpful and courteous, delivered the package right to our front door. Set up was not difficult. My husband and I are in our 80s and did it ourselves. There were four pieces to put together, the seat, the seat back and 2 shoulder rests. Seatback slipped easily into the main chair. Shoulder rests were a little more tricky to line the tracks up because of the thickness of the padding. We had to turn the chair on its side and one of us squished down the padding while the other one slid the piece on its track, but overall not at all difficult. I got this chair for my mom for Mother’s Day last year. It’s so comfy, the warmth is amazing and the massage works great. My mom has chronic back pain so the heat works great for her. The cup holders are convent and the chair is easy to recline. Unfortunately the legs don’t stay up the greatest unless your laying all the way back. So far, its a decent chair. We didn't find the instructions in the pocket until after we put it together. It was a bit of a struggle getting all the pieces lined up perfectly to slide in place.
