I ordered this beautiful door, I received a door within a week, unfortunately it was the wrong door, sent it back with ease from Wayfair and re ordered the door, wrong door again, Wayfair graciously picked up the wrong door, I ordered the door from another company to see if i had the same experience , again the wrong door, I believe the company that Wayfair buys it from is confused. Needless to say I had to switch doors, ordered from another company and still have not received my door after 2 months, what is with barn doors? Included with the door is a complete sliding hardware kit, including a track and floor guide, to simplify the setup process. Plus, this unit arrives as a knockdown kit with pre-drilled holes to ensure proper alignment and a straightforward assembly.

The material quality is decent, and the assembly process was relatively straightforward, which made for a positive initial experience. However, a significant drawback was the absence of a critical component—the header board. I had to source this separately, which added unnecessary time, effort, and inconvenience. Including the header board with the shipment would have greatly improved the overall experience. In terms of overall quality, there is room for improvement. Using sturdier materials would enhance durability, and incorporating better support at the bottom would prevent the door from feeling like it is hanging without adequate stability.. Anbarasu. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. Pros: good quality, good communication from manufacturer, really cool aesthetic with a high end custom look. Cons: doesn’t come with hardware, size was off and had to be cut down, installation took about 4 hours by an experienced GC (could not imagine doing this myself).
